Senior Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements with enterprise customers
• Translate complex business requirements into architectures leveraging the Snowflake Data Cloud
• Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and workshops to audiences ranging from
• Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and close business
• Serve as the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering teams
• Build and maintain reusable assets: demo environments, reference architectures, and solution

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience spanning multiple disciplines: data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, software
• Design end-to-end data platforms (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, serving, governance)
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stack tooling (dbt, Spark, Kafka
• Proven track record delivering technical solutions in customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting
• Exceptional communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $240,000 - $280,000 OTE; base salary plus variable compensation and equity
