Senior Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and address customer tech needs to drive sales.
• Design solutions mapping customer goals to NiCE products.
• Provide pre-sales support to Enterprise and SMB sales teams.
• Lead transitions from pre-sales to implementation with knowledge transfer.
• Deliver product demos and technical presentations.
• Build relationships to drive account expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Broad knowledge of call center tech, ACD and IVR.
• Experience in workforce optimization and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of IP telephony, SIP trunk, WebRTC.
• Experience with JavaScript or Python and REST APIs.
• Excellent English and Japanese communication skills.
• 7+ years of sales experience outside of sales engineering.
