📋 Description

• Lead Pre-Sales opportunities with the sales team to position Kestra Enterprise.
• Own the POC process with a success plan, architecture guidance, and flow design.
• Demonstrate Kestra's technical advantages to customers and the open-source community.
• Provide 360-degree ownership of the customer lifecycle from onboarding to reviews.
• Manage enterprise escalations with engineering to drive timely resolutions.
• Translate customer friction into product requirements for the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineer mindset with a Consultant heart; strong customer communication.
• Data Engineering experience: dbt, Spark, Snowflake, DuckDB.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform/OpenTofu, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• AI/ML Ops: lifecycle of LLMs and vector databases.
• Data/Orchestration background: Airflow, Prefect, Dagster.
• Problem solver; able to propose architectural fixes and workarounds.
