Senior Solution Engineer (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Work directly with Account Executives to support EMEA customers
• Support sales team in helping prospects understand what's possible with Contentful vs outdated
• Understand prospects' project requirements, help prospects validate these requirements against our
• Create product demonstrations and assist with technical evaluations to demonstrate solution solves
• Communicate prospect and customer needs and product feedback to product management, marketing, and
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to ensure newly-signed customers

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English - other European languages preferred
• Desire to work in fast-paced environment across multiple opportunities and teams
• 3-5 years experience as Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect/Consultant for cloud-based PaaS or SaaS
• Strong presentation skills conveying technical knowledge to business and technical audiences
• Experience with web technologies (JavaScript frameworks, static site generators, REST APIs, CDNs
• High emotional intelligence for multi-stakeholder meetings
