📋 Description

• Technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand observability needs.
• Deliver product demos and tailored presentations.
• Design, scope and manage POCs in customer environments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on technical sales strategies.
• Provide customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
• Develop technical sales collateral and train sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in software.
• Deep observability knowledge: metrics, logging, tracing; tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry
• Cloud-native tech: Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices; AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Strong verbal and written communication for technical/non-technical audiences.
