Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Provide support to Finance users on system issues, including maintenance and data migration.
• Provide L3 resolution and prepare documentation, manuals, and procedures.
• Provide functional support during month-end and year-end activities.
• Provide SME support for Finance and Procurement modules.
• Proactively manage incidents and change requests across severities.
• Perform root cause analysis for high-severity incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior role with Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Proven problem-solving skills and strong application support.
• Proficiency in setup and configuration on Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong OTBI/BI Publisher skills and tools (ADFDI, SmartView, BPM).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and FBDI templates.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement.
