Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Provide support to Finance users on system issues, including setup & configuration.
• Provide L3 resolution and document procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end activities.
• SME for Finance and Procurement modules.
• Proactively manage incidents and change requests by severity.
• Monitor ETL jobs and interfaces with automated checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior role with Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Proven application support experience.
• Setup & configuration on Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong OTBI, BI Publisher; ADFDI, SmartView, BPM Workflow.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion integration and FBDI templates.
• Knowledge of Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement.
