Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems (Compensation and Core HCM)

📋 Description

• Be the subject matter expert for Compensation and Core HCM processes and solutions
• Support change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution across Workday modules
• Perform essential system administration functions, including configuration, security management
• Manage system life cycles by assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of new features
• Partner with other teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that meet

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday experience with hands-on knowledge of Core HCM and Compensation.
• Experience supporting at least 1–2 Advanced Compensation cycles or launches.
• Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, testing, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting, analytics, EIB, and security administration.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
