Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems (Time and Absence)

📋 Description

• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, Time Off
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements, including requirements gathering, fit-gap
• Translate country-specific employment policies, leave regulations and business requirements into
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve complex system issues, assess downstream impacts and provide
• Support Workday implementation and transformation programmes, including time tracking, overtime
• Manage Workday releases and system improvements, including reporting, EIB, security and business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday, HRIS or People Systems, including hands-on expertise in Time
• Led at least two Workday implementation cycles involving Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, business processes, testing, UAT and release
• Strong experience with Workday reporting, analytics, EIB and security administration.
• Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve
