Senior Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Lead technical evaluations through ownership of New Relic POC/POV (Proof of Concept/Proof of Value)
• Regularly visit New Relic customer offices to understand and align with their objectives.
• Create and maintain relationships with key customer contacts that contribute to large Net ACR deals
• Accelerate transformation initiatives and observability maturity for New Relic customers and
• Engage with customers, both on-site and remotely, in a technical consulting and advisory role
• Understand and document the customer's current and desired state of observability and design

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of professional experience developing in at least one programming language such as Java
• Hands-on experience and functional understanding of OpenTelemetry standards and other OSS such as
• Experience in observability with New Relic, Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, Dynatrace, Grafana Labs
• Understanding of Service Level measurement approaches (SLI/SLO).
• Experience with DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering service delivery disciplines.
