Senior Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Become an expert on Paddle product suite, including checkout, dashboard, and APIs.
• Communicate with executives and senior developers to enable great customer experiences.
• Build integration plans and sample code to help sellers implement Paddle integration.
• Support Account Executives on customer calls to win new business.
• Work with Account Managers to onboard and launch customers smoothly.
• Act as product expert, relaying issues and requests to Product/Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture with enterprise clients.
• Experience with APIs and API integration.
• Experience with integration tools (ETLs, iPaaS) or built-in integration layer.
• Experience in payments, accounting practices, and/or subscription management.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-management skills from customer-facing roles.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.
