📋 Description

• Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end with cross-team delivery.
• Lead as a senior IC, influencing execs and delivering enterprise outcomes.
• Balance delivery leadership with deep technical design and architecture.
• Define SOWs: scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, metrics.
• Lead strategic technical engagements across the customer journey.
• Advise on Klaviyo platform, martech, data models, CDP, Email/SMS.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services or similar.
• Experience leading enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Node, Python.
• Strong understanding of martech, Email, SMS, and CDP use cases.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations.
• AI exposure and willingness to learn new AI tools.
