🎯 Requirements

• 8-11 years in customer-facing roles; 5-7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
• 3+ years with Python/Node.js/SQL and/or Java, C/C++, or C#.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and provide guidance.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategize with sales and align MongoDB resources for account plans.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
