📋 Description

• Design scalable, performant apps and infra using MongoDB
• Advise on architecture patterns and business value to stakeholders
• Collaborate with the sales team on discovery, demos, and value proof
• Generate demand via technical initiatives and events
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure success
• Mentor team members and pursue ongoing training

🎯 Requirements

• 8-11 years in customer-facing roles, 5-7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software
• 3 years with Python, Node.js, SQL or Java/C#
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to review complex architecture with customers and advise improvements
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; willing to travel up to 25%
