📋 Description

• Guide customers to design and build reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB data platform
• Work with sales to drive account strategy, including technical discovery, demos, sizing, and
• Architect scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments
• Communicate technical and business concepts clearly to technology and business leadership
• Travel up to 25% as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 8–11 years in customer-facing roles with 5–7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software
• 3+ years in modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or major languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud/on-prem
• Ability to review complex architectures and advise on improvements using technology
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to strategize with sales teams and align MongoDB resources to a joint account plan
