🎯 Requirements

8–11 years in a customer-facing role; 5–7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software
At least 3 years of experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or other
Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
Ability to review complex architectures with customers and advise on improvements using technology
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for executives and technical teams
Ability to partner with sales and align MongoDB resources to build mutual account plans
