Senior Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Guide customers to design and build reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB data platform
• Design and architect scalable, highly available distributed systems (cloud and on‑prem)
• Collaborate with sales to drive account success, including technical discovery, demos, and value
• Lead technical reviews of complex architectures and provide guidance to improve using MongoDB
• Communicate effectively with technical and business leadership in English and Thai
• Travel up to 50% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8-11 years in customer-facing roles; minimum 3 years in pre-sales with enterprise software
• 3+ years with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to articulate architecture and business value to diverse stakeholders
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Business-level proficiency in Thai
