📋 Description

• Guide customers to design and build scalable systems using MongoDB data platform.
• Work with sales to drive technical discovery, demos, and value demonstrations.
• Collaborate with customers on architecture, deployment, and operations for success.
• Travel up to 50% to engage with customers as needed.
• Partner with sales to align resources and create mutually beneficial account plans.
• Operate in a hybrid work model based in Singapore.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 - 11 years in customer-facing roles; minimum 3 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
• 3+ years experience with Python, Node.js, SQL and/or major languages (C/C++, Java, C#).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Ability to review complex architectures and guide improvements using technology.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with business/technical audiences.
• Strategic: collaborate with sales to drive multi-threaded account plans.
