• Implement the technical strategy in the account with close alignment.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Establish virtual teams and lead them to success within the account.
• Experience managing very large (> $1m ARR) global accounts.
• Form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Present a compelling point-of-view to decision-makers leading to success.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.
• Travel to customers in your region up to 30% of the time.
