📋 Description

• Embed with client team for the engagement; work inside their environment.
• Spend time with end users before design to ground architecture.
• Write production-grade Python for AI integrations, backends, and REST APIs.
• Design and optimize production RAG and agentic AI systems.
• Own system design decisions across microservices vs monolith, SQL vs NoSQL.
• Own technical direction from discovery through delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building and running production systems; hands-on required.
• Production experience with RAG systems and live LLM workflows.
• Backend development with Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on AWS (SageMaker/Bedrock/Lambda) experience; GCP considered.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock).
• Strong Python: OOP, patterns, clean architecture, performance.
