📋 Description

• Senior technical lead for customer engagements within Astronomer’s Services Delivery team.
• Help customers operationalize Airflow and Astro at scale in small teams with PMs and engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and executives to design data orchestration platforms on

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, or solution architecture.
• Airflow expertise: authoring and deploying Dags to production, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Airflow performance tuning, Dag refactoring, right-sizing infra, data quality checks and alerts.
• Experience guiding customers through deployments, migrations, and transformations.
• Cloud-native data platforms on AWS/Azure/GCP; networking, security, identity patterns.
• Programming in Python and SQL.
