📋 Description

• Lead and execute customer technical projects implementing Airbyte solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding and post-sale journeys with hands-on support.
• Design AI-powered data pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
• Troubleshoot data movement with SQL, CDC, replication, and data sync.
• Work with REST APIs, including OAuth, API keys, JWT, webhooks, and JSON.
• Advise on integrating LLM-based tooling with Airbyte connectors.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• 2+ years in startups in modern data infra (cloud apps, databases, ELT, data warehouses).
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record of supporting products that impact business productivity.
• Exceptional customer orientation with onboarding and ongoing technical success.
