📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and expand production usage.
• Lead technical conversations with developers, architects, and engineering leaders.
• Build tailored demos and PoCs to show Temporal solving customer problems.
• Deliver enablement sessions to help customer engineering teams adopt Temporal.
• Create reusable technical assets to accelerate deals and scale impact.
• Enable the Commercial Sales team by educating AEs on Temporal fundamentals.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong development background with hands-on coding in Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems (reliability, observability, fault tolerance).
• Proven experience in a pre-sales, customer-facing engineering, or solutions architecture role.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization in high-volume environments.
• Enthusiasm for AI/ML technologies and eagerness to learn about agentic workflows and LLM orchestration.
• Strong technical communication and ability to lead conversations with senior engineers while translating complex concepts.
