Senior Solutions Architect - East (Professional Services)

📋 Description

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images.
• Partner with account team to capture customer vision and outcomes.
• Ensure Chainguard Images are high quality; test, document, and onboard smoothly.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay requirements and prioritize builds.
• Maintain account architecture and share best practices across the org.
• Be a team player; collaborate, teach, and learn with Chainguard team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in post-sales role supporting clients
• 8+ years building high-performance multi-tier apps; Kubernetes and Containers
• Able to translate technical info for audiences from engineers to executives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT
• Strong experience with software development processes and concepts
• Travel up to 15% and located in Eastern Time Zone
