📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executive to devise territory strategy.
• Develop presentations, demos, and assets to drive adoption.
• Enable clients at scale via workshops and collateral.
• Influence product roadmap from field insights to engineering.
• Serve as tier-3 escalation for complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership on engagement plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in OLTP across engineering, product, admin, and pre-sales.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with GSIs and third-party consultancies.
• Infra/ADM: DR, HA, backup, scale-out, identity, security, migrations.
• 6+ years in customer-facing pre-sales/consulting.
