Senior Solutions Architect, MSP

📋 Description

• Own technical leadership of MSP opportunities end to end: discovery, solution design, sizing
• Define the end-to-end service architecture — multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, operational
• Model and influence the commercial construct: unit economics, cost per tenant, Evergreen//One and
• Displace competitors in MSP environments and position the full platform — FlashArray, FlashBlade
• Build technical credibility with MSP architects, practice leads and CTOs, growing a population of
• Feed real MSP requirements back into the global MSP programme and Product Management, contributing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture or technical leadership, with a demonstrable record
• Direct experience with MSPs, with a real understanding of how they build, price, operate and sell a
• Credible at depth across modern data platform architecture: block, file and object, hybrid and
• Commercial fluency — comfortable discussing consumption economics, TCO and margin with an MSP's
• Outstanding written, diagrammatic and verbal communication, with the executive presence to move
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious — comfortable building a practice rather than inheriting one.
