Senior Solutions Architect, Partner Business (Channel & Managed Services)

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical expert across the partner lifecycle, evaluating prospective partners'
• Build onboarding programs, technical playbooks, certification paths, and demonstration enablement
• Deliver polished demonstrations and technical deep dives (including generative AI capabilities and
• Partner with Business Development and direct sales teams on strategic joint opportunities, RFP
• Act as an escalation point and technical mentor for partner-side solutions architects, consulting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
• Proven track record of working with managed service providers or legal industry delivery teams
• Strong technical acumen and a solid command of litigation technology processes, data processing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence both delivery engineers and
• Organized and process-oriented, comfortable managing long partnership cycles, concurrent enablement
