8–11 years in customer-facing roles; 5–7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software
3+ years with scripting languages (Python/Node.js/SQL) or major languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
Experience designing scalable distributed systems (cloud and on-prem)
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Travel up to 25%; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
