Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales Engineering)

📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops and architecture sessions with engineering teams and exec stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end solutions across cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and managed services.
• Architect solutions with next-gen firewalls, SASE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, and hybrid/multi-cloud.
• Create architecture diagrams, proposals, BOMs, and statements of work.
• Partner with sales as the primary technical advisor through discovery to close.
• Develop business cases showing value of managed services and recurring tech.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IT experience, including 3+ years in customer-facing pre-sales.
• Led technical discovery, architecture design, and pre-sales for complex networking.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tech: next-gen firewalls, SASE, ZTNA, SIEM.
• Understanding of enterprise networking: routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless.
• Designing hybrid and multi-cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engineers and leaders.
