📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation across the full lifecycle.
• Own the technical evaluation process: design, PoC/PoV, workshops, tenders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies.
• Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders.
• Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles guiding solution design.
• Proficiency with end-to-end software development lifecycle, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on with GitLab or similar SCM, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts; discuss deployment, security, and operations options.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations (PoC/PoV), tenders, workshops, and value stream assessments.
• Fluency in Arabic; strong technical communication for varied audiences.
