📋 Description

• Serve as the lead technical expert for New Relic in Thailand, owning and driving technical presales
• Work in close partnership with our regional Account Executives, providing crucial technical sales
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers and prospects, becoming their go-to advisor
• Deliver engaging and impactful product demonstrations, Proof of Value workshops, and compelling
• Evangelise New Relic's innovative capabilities and be the voice of our customers, providing

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both Thai and English.
• Strong understanding of how customers work with hyperscaler software, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Proven presales or consulting experience, including the ability to independently lead and manage
• Deep expertise across the various layers of enterprise technology, from user experience to modern
• A solid grasp of native cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, containers, microservices, SRE
• Experience with performance monitoring tools.
