📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales engagements for Braze's MEGS segment with product expertise.
• Serve as technical thought leader across MEGS, customers, and markets.
• Mentor Solutions Consultants; collaborate with sales, marketing, security, and product teams.
• Travel up to 50%; based in the NYC office.
• Position BrazeAI capabilities (AI Decisioning Studio, AI Agents) to customers.
• Build long-term customer partnerships through trusted advisory during sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales engineering or technical account management or customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong follow-up; team player.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and be based in NYC.
• Domain know-how in two or more: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or HTML.
• Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated pre-sales or sales engineering team.
