• Own the technical sales motion for Retail accounts from discovery to close.
• Lead structured discovery to map goals to Braze solutions.
• Deliver demos, workshops, and deep dives for business and technical audiences.
• Design and validate technical POVs to build customer confidence.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategy and mutual action plans.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to post-sales by aligning scope and success criteria.

• Strong written and verbal communicator to technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading complex sales cycles with structure and judgment.

• Experience selling to enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluations.
• Domain knowledge in AI, SaaS, APIs, or Marketing Analytics/Automation.
