📋 Description

• Lead complex pre-sales opportunities
• Own the technical sales motion for Retail accounts from discovery through close
• Run structured discovery to map goals to Braze solution
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives
• Design and support technical validations and POVs to build customer confidence
• Partner deeply across teams to drive outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communicator to technical and business stakeholders
• Comfortable leading complex sales cycles and navigating ambiguity with structure
• Collaborative teammate known for follow-through and cross-functional partnership
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluations
• Domain knowledge in at least two: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, Data Architecture, Security/Compliance, or HTML
• Interested in mentoring others and helping improve how the team sells and delivers value
