• Lead complex pre-sales opportunities
• Own the technical sales motion for Retail accounts from discovery through close
• Run structured discovery to map goals to Braze solution
• Deliver product demos, workshops, and technical deep dives
• Design and support technical validations and POVs to build customer confidence
• Partner across teams to drive outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communicator for technical and business stakeholders
• Comfortable leading complex sales cycles and navigating ambiguity
• Collaborative teammate with follow-through and cross-functional partnership
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluations, ideally in regulated industries
• Domain knowledge in AI, SaaS, APIs, Marketing Analytics, Data/Architecture, or HTML
• Interested in mentoring others and improving how the team sells and delivers value
