📋 Description

• Lead intake and discovery for inbound configuration requests, defining scope and determining
• Act as the primary project owner for post-go-live configuration initiatives, translating customer
• Facilitate customer discovery calls and working sessions to understand complex workflows, develop
• Coordinate recurring programs such as system upgrades, configuration maintenance, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in professional services, managed services, process consulting, technical
• Strong understanding of business process optimization, workflow design, and enterprise content
• Demonstrated project management skills, with excellent organization, attention to detail
• Proven experience working directly with clients and consistently delivering high levels of customer
• Ability to lead large meetings and facilitate discussions involving multiple stakeholders with
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs
