• Become a subject matter expert on the Outreach platform and trusted advisor.
• Partner with Sales to identify tools, processes, opportunities, and risks via discovery.
• Qualify opportunities through discovery of customer processes to identify risks.
• Participate in product demos highlighting Outreach's business value.
• Understand goals and value propositions for stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Build credibility by continuously learning new sales trends and technology from industry sources.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Inquisitive problem solver who asks thoughtful questions to uncover insights.
• Value Driver: translate customer use cases into value-based solutions.
