📋 Description

• Partner with Payroll Sales to shape GTM for Remote's Global Payroll
• Act as SME on Global Payroll; provide strategic guidance
• Demonstrate Remote's Global Payroll value to clients
• Develop sales collateral and solution playbooks for payroll buyers
• Translate client needs into a clear scope of work for Implementation
• Educate teams on technical components and value of Global Payroll

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of multi-country payroll processing, compliance, tax filings, wage/hour, onboarding/offboarding
• Experience consulting on global payroll; strong client needs discovery
• Strong sales acumen with SaaS/tech-enabled service environment
• Excellent storytelling and communication; explain payroll to HR/executives
• Strong technical aptitude to learn, demonstrate, and analyze software
• 5+ years of relevant experience; professional HR/payroll certifications a plus
