📋 Description

• Partner with Payroll Sales to shape GTM strategies for Global Payroll.
• Serve as SME on Global Payroll; stay current on product features and industry trends.
• Demonstrate value via demos, proposals, and client-tailored presentations.
• Develop and refine sales collateral, solution playbooks, and objection handling tools.
• Translate client needs into a clear scope of work for handoff to Implementation.
• Educate Solutions Consulting and Sales teams on Global Payroll technology and value proposition.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of payroll models (multi-country/state) and compliance.
• Experience consulting on global payroll; apply consultative techniques and build relationships.
• Strong sales acumen; SaaS or tech-enabled services experience.
• Excellent storytelling and communication; explain payroll concepts to HR and execs.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn, demonstrate, and analyze software.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; payroll certifications (FPC/CPP or PHR/SHRM-CP) a plus.
