📋 Description

• Partner with Payroll Sales to drive GTM for Remote Global Payroll.
• Serve as SME on Global Payroll to guide clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the value of Remote Global Payroll via demos and proposals.
• Collaborate to develop sales collateral and solution playbooks.
• Translate client needs into actionable scope for Implementation.
• Educate teams on technical components and value of Global Payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of multi-country and multi-state payroll, compliance, and filings.
• Experience consulting on global payroll processes and needs discovery.
• Strong SaaS/tech sales acumen and experience with sales cycles.
• Excellent storytelling and communication for HR and executive audiences.
• Technical aptitude to learn, demonstrate, and analyze software quickly.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• FPC/CPP or HR/payroll credentials are a strong plus.
