Senior Solutions Consultant - Project Manager

📋 Description

• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee full implementation lifecycle from Planning through Hypercare.
• Project Governance: Maintain detailed plans, schedules, RAID logs, and milestones.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate cross-functional enterprise teams (Legal, Security, IT, Procurement).
• Executive Communication: Manage engagement cadence and updates to project sponsors and executives.
• Technical & Integration Oversight: Scope dependencies around technical validation, identity provider setups (SSO/SCIM), and integrations.
• Testing Quality Control: Define entry/exit criteria; oversee SIT and UAT lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years leading enterprise-wide software deployments as a traditional Project Manager, ERP Project Manager, or PMO Lead.
• Domain Knowledge: Large-scale ERP or P2P implementations (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS, Coupa).
• Methodology Mastery: Proficient with PM methodologies, governance, change control, and risk mitigation.
• Executive Presence: Strong client-facing communication and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Operational Focus: Expertise in SIT/UAT, data migration planning, cutover, and hypercare stabilization.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or an equivalent project management certification.
