📋 Description

  • Own daily operational execution of technical projects; clarify requirements and backlog.
  • Manage lean sprint process with daily standups and offshore teams.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories and Trello tasks.
  • Maintain sprint boards; flag blockers and dependencies.
  • Align with engineering/QA on feasibility and release goals.
  • Report sprint progress, velocity, and risks to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of technical project/product management in software development.
  • Strong experience managing sprints/backlogs with Trello (or similar tools).
  • Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams across time zones.
  • Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and applying them in real-world teams.
