📋 Description

• Partner with the Sales team to identify merchant challenges, understand business needs, and
• Provide technical guidance throughout business development and pre-sales engagements.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and explain complex concepts
• Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demonstrations, and developer Q&A
• Guide merchants from initial pre-sales discussions through integration, go-live, and post-launch
• Own complex merchant integrations by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, developing

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a merchant-facing or customer-facing technical role involving a complex
• Practical experience implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments and advising
• Confidence leading discovery sessions, presenting to C-level stakeholders, and engaging with
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand, explain, and design complex technical
• Proven project management skills, including organizing implementation plans and coordinating
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to respond effectively to unexpected challenges and
