Senior Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live.
• Translate customer environments and requirements into practical plans.
• Handle all technical configuration, user management, and data pipeline work, primarily in Windows.
• Work across all Overjet products (IRIS and RCM) with flexibility across the full product suite.
• Run scoping calls to gather requirements and align Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Use AI tooling to build and automate implementation workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or
• Clear communicator for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database querying.
• Experience with Windows environments (.NET and C# a plus).
• Cloud platforms and basic networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Python or similar scripting languages.
