Senior Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Work with Sales Teams and prospects on evaluation and adoption of Algolia solutions
• Understand customer goals with KPIs and articulate Algolia's ability to meet them
• Assist in discovery, demo, POC, RFP responses, and business justification
• Develop custom search apps using Algolia tools, frameworks, and partners
• Distill and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering teams
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success for seamless post-sales onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Obsessed with Solving Customer Problems
• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally SaaS
• Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Back-End: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C
• Experience with data formats and data transformation
• Experience in the search or ecommerce or martech industry
