📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Enhance documentation, blogs, videos, and knowledge base for enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Open to varied, complex assignments requiring judgement, collaboration, and leadership.
• Strong written and oral communication to collaborate with remote teams and customers.
• Ability to articulate Grafana's value proposition and product advantages.
• Must be located in France.
• Bonus: Open Source or Metrics/Monitoring experience and MEDDPICC familiarity.
