Senior Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Run technical discovery for EMEA enterprise opportunities
• Build demos tailored to prospect, industry and audience
• Translate platform into outcomes buyers care about
• Partner with AEs on deal strategy, RFP/RFI responses
• Own POCs and POVs end to end; prove the value
• Continuously improve how we work with AI and automation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering, ideally in localization or content tech
• Understanding localization teams, budgets and sign-off processes
• Comfortable running discovery calls with a CMO or localization lead
• Strong commercial instinct; read the room and adapt messaging
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts in EMEA; APAC exposure is a bonus
• Proficiency using AI tools extensively as part of daily work
