Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise environments
3+ years hands-on development using Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript
Strong grasp of programming concepts and debugging
Robust knowledge of modern web architectures, microservices, and APIs
Familiarity with AWS and other cloud platforms
