Run labs with agreed success criteria and ensure each ends in a decision
Own technical outcome through go-live
Architect solution for multi-location group's existing stack (e.g., ERP, payroll, inventory)
Lead security, IT, and compliance reviews

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
At least 4 years supporting mid-market or enterprise deals with 6-12+ month cycles
Experience in hospitality, retail, or payments technology serving multi-location operators
Experience running tailored demos for multi-stakeholder buying committees
Experience taking complex deals through lab/pilot to go-live
Ability to build and maintain own demo/lab environments
