Guide clients through successful implementation of the platform and third-party integrations
Provide solutions for complex and unique use cases
Help clients implement Cordial's RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into their marketing stack
Identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions and create repeatable processes/documentation
Enable clients to use dynamic scripting for email language and machine learning capabilities

🎯 Requirements

BS in Computer Science or closely related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services
Track record of driving successful implementations and managing client projects
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
Comfortable with JSON data structure
Read/write HTML/CSS/JavaScript
